力的测试系统原理与方法
电磁冲压机的瞬态测试系统主要由三部分组成,即压力传感器、放大单元和记录检测单元,其测试系统原理如图5所示。

测试前,先对压力传感器进行静态和动态标定,以10kN电磁冲压机为例,传感器的静、动态标定系数KF分别为0.07258V/kN和0.07351V/kN,相对误差为1.3%,因此,可以认为,压力传感器具有相同的静动态输出特性。测试时,将传感器固定在直线电机驱动冲压机的底座上,进行冲压,当传感器受到压力机的瞬态作用后,立即产生一微弱的脉冲信号,该信号经过放大、转换、检测处理后,变成所需的瞬态力波形,该波形通过显示器能直接显示出该瞬态力的大小。
作为辅助数据,在冲压机杆顶端安装了一只加速度传感器,利用瞬态力信号与加速度信号的对应关系,便可以很方便地将噪声信号与瞬态力信号区分开来。图6是10KN直线电机驱动冲压机冲力的测试曲线。

(二)测试结果
力的测试如上所述,结果见表1。温度的测试,我们用热电偶分别将其放在线圈、铁心、机身、轴等处的7个点上,然后用温度测试仪进行检测(见图5)。我们共测取了7个点的温度,当时室温为30℃,表中所记电机线圈、次级温度为1h后的稳定温度。电能的测量是采用电表进行的。表1为10kN电磁压力机与机械式压力机的一些测试数据的对比。
另外,从目前小批量生产来看,电磁冲压机的制造成本也比机械冲压机低。
