减速器是原动机和工作机之间的独立的闭式传动装置,用来降低转速和增大转矩,以满足工作需要,在某些场合也用来增速,称为增速器。
减速器的技术特点
(1)传动比范围大,自I=10起,可达几千。若制作成大传动比的减速器,则更显示出本减速器的优点。
(2)传递功率范围大:并可与电动机联成一体制造。
(3)结构简单、体积小、重量轻。比现有的齿轮减速器减少1/3左右。
(4)机械效率高。啮合效率大于95%,整机效率在85%以上,且减速器的效率将不随传动比的增大而降低,这是别的许多减速器所不及的。
(5)本减速器的输入轴和输出轴是在同一轴线上。本减速器与其它减速器的性能比较见表1。

IKO轴承温度升高的原因:轴承冷却水中断。油质劣化,油自身不清洁或运行中油劣化,如油中的水分增加会引起油的酸性增大,会降低油的润滑作用,使轴瓦遭到腐蚀,造成轴承温度升高。现象:有警报电铃响.机旁盘水轮机械故障光字牌亮,指示IKO轴承温度的仪表温度升高,信号继电器动作。温度计盘(膨胀型温度计)黑针与黄针重合或超过黄针。发出轴承温度升高的故障信号。处理当IKO轴承温度升高时,首先判断是否误动作,如确实升高,应做如下处理:检查冷却水水压,水流及管路系统是否正常。
