| ★YK-160 湿法制粒机是我厂参照国外同类机型并结合国内制药企业特点研制开发的新一代制粒，整粒设备。与国 内普通摇摆颗粒机相比具有占地小，整机结构设计紧凑，简单，设备操作维修简单方便，易拆卸清洗，无死角等优 点，符合GMP要求。本机主要由摆辊部分，机体部分，传动部分，旋紧装置等构成。 ★YK-160 Wet-Process Granulating Separator is a new product developed by our factory with due reference to similar models produced abroad as well as careful consideration to the characteristics of domestic pharmaceutics enterprises. Compared with the pendulum convenient for operation and maintenance, easy for disassembly and cleaning, and free of blind corner, and complies with GMP requirements. This machine is mainly composed of pendular roller, main body, transmission system, and tightening device of sieve. ★YK160湿法制粒机传动部分：The Transmission Part ★结构紧凑，功率利用率高，传动力大 Compact construction, high using ratio and drive force. ★YK160推车式制粒机: Trolly-type Granulator ★本机与GHL系列(高效湿法造粒机)和FL(PGL)系列(沸腾制粒干燥机)组成联合机组，形成管道化生产，减少二次污染，生产效率高。 ★The machine is combined with GHL series (eficient hydro-granulator) and FLB (Fluidized dry granulator). All of them b the pipeline production, reducing the second pollution. |
