　　除了成双的CPU单元和电源单元外，客户还可以成双配备其他组件，如通信单元(Controller Link或Ethernet)和扩展电缆，以满足系统需求并提供“多种多样”的双系统配置。
　　★ 支持各种各样的网络配置
　　可通过FA应用业绩丰富的Controller Link或Ethernet进行通信的冗余化。另外，在下位的I/O级别上，可选择CS1系列中具有丰富业绩的开放式网络DeviceNet或CompoNet等各种网络。
　★ 成双配备CPU单元易行
　　CPU单元内的程序或内部数据在活动/备用CPU之间完全进行自动传送并进行同步。无需选择要同步的数据或单独进行传送。因此在工作CPU单元发生错误时，控制会立即切换给备用CPU。(1周期时间以内)
★ 成双配备通信单元易行
　　CPU单元自动选择正常运转的通信单元。发生错误时无需复杂的切换程序或双数据链接等。
　　★ 成双配备电源单元易行
　　可在CPU装置、扩展装置、长距离扩展装置中安装2个电源单元，构建供电双系统。防止因电源单元错误而导致系统停机。另外，可利用CPU单元的内部继电器判定已发生故障的电源单元。
　　3、实现高开发效率
　　★ 在产品系列中添加可充分进行结构化编程、模块化编程并且程序容量为400K步的CPU单元
　　通过与所有CPU单元可通用使用的各种I/O单元、高功能单元等进行组合，可构建没有浪费的最佳系统。在产品系列中全新添加UM大小为400K步且带有EM25存储库的CS1D-CPU68HA。用户程序、数据存储器、注释存储器等存储器总容量为5MB。可针对程序的结构化或模块化进行灵活且充分的编程，并支持更大规模的系统。
