机床几何误差包括：主轴误差，导轨误差以及传动误差。
（1）主轴回转误差
主轴回转误差包括：径向跳动，轴向传动，及角度摆动。主轴支承轴颈的误差、滚动轴承制造及磨损，会造成回转时出现径向跳动及轴向跳动，从而产生主轴误差，造成加工工件的形状误差、表面波度及粗糙度值较大。
消减主轴误差的措施：
采用高精度的主轴部件；更换轴承、调整轴承间隙。
（2）导轨误差
导轨误差主要来自于导轨本身在制造时产生的误差、导轨安装不正确以及导轨在运动较长时间后产生的磨损，会造成加工脚面的形状和位置误差。
消减导轨误差的措施：
选用高质量的导轨；正确的安装方式；对导轨定期检查及测量。
（3）传动误差
传送链误差是由于传动链中传动元件的制造误差、装配误差以及使用过程中磨损引起的。不同位置的传动元件，其误差影响也不同，通常末端元件的误差对传动链的误差影响最大。
消减传动误差的措施：
采用高精度传动结构；缩短传动链长度；减小装配间隙。
2.>>>刀具几何误差<<<
刀具的制造误差、装夹误差及磨损会造成加工误差。定尺寸刀具的尺寸误差会直接反应在工件的加工尺寸上；成形刀具的误差会导致加工表面的形状误差；
消减刀具的几何误差措施：
除了选用合适的刀具之外，加工时还应及时磨刃、更换刀具。
3.>>>夹具几何误差<<<
夹具的制造误差、装夹误差及磨损会造成加工误差。为保证工件的加工精度，一般将夹具的制造公差定位相应尺寸公差的1/3~1/5。
消减夹具的几何误差措施：
应定期检查夹具的精度与磨损情况，及时修理及更换磨损的夹具。
4.>>>工艺系统变形误差<<<
在切削力、传动力、重力和惯性力等外力作用下，工艺系统会产生变形，破坏工具与工件间的正确位置，造成加工误差。
减小工件受力变形误差的措施：
选择刚性较好的机床；工件分粗、精阶段进行加工；减小刀具、工件的悬伸长度或进行有效支承；改变刀具角度及加工方法；
在切削加工时，切削热及机床传动部分发生的热量，使工艺系统发生不均匀的温升而变形，产生加工误差。
