    1756-TBS6H cpu  

     在无任何原理图状况下要对一块比较陌生的电路板进行维修,以往的所谓“经验”就难有作为,尽管硬件功底深厚的人对维修充满信心,但如果方法不当,工作起来照样事倍功半。那么,怎样做才能提高维修效呢?根据我公司进口设备维修中心统计出来的资料,应遵循以下几个步骤、按顺序有条不紊的进行。 
    方法一:先看后量 
    使用工具:万用表、放大镜 
    当手拿一块待修的电路板,良好的习惯首先是应对其进行目测,必要时还要借助放大镜,看什么呢? 
    主要看: 
    1、是否有断线; 
    2、分力元件如电阻、电解电容、电感、二极管、三极管等时候存在断开现象; 
    3、电路板上的印制板连接线是否存在断裂、粘连等; 
    4、是否有人修过?动过哪些元器件?是否存在虚焊、漏焊、插反等操作方面的失误; 
    在确定了被修无上述状况后,首先用万用表测量电路板电源和地之间的阻值,通常电路板的阻值都在70-80?以上,若阻值太小,才几个或十几个欧姆,说明电路板上有元器件被击穿或部分击穿,就必须采取措施将被击穿的元器件找出来。具体办法是给被修板供电,用手去摸电路板上各器件的 
    温度,烫手的讲师重点怀疑对象。若阻值正常,用万用表测量板上的阻、二极管、三极管、场效应管、拨段开关等分力元件,其目的就是首先要确保测量过的元件是正常的,我们的理由是,能用万用表解决的问题,就不要把它复杂化。
