问:S7-200高速计数器,编码器计算长度和速度;目前采用的HSC0和9模式,A相I0.0,B相i0.1,计算长度呢一般采用脉冲计数,而速度呢又需要采用中断,中断了,前面的计数又清零了,该如何处理这2个需求。
答:你采用的是什么中断啊?如果是定时中断,不会清零啊,当前中断读取的高速计数器的脉冲数减去上次中断时高速计数器的脉冲数,就是定时中断时间间隔内编码器的所计的脉冲数,再根据所计脉冲数和中断间隔时间的关系就可以计算出速度了,这种情况下是不会给高速计数器清零的,也就不会影响长度的计算,两种需求可以同时满足!
