问:我在一个机架里需要同时摆放数字量跟模拟量的输入输出模块,摆放上有什么需要注意的吗?我看见有的项目把CPU放在数字量模块的后面,CPU的后面是模拟量输入输出模块,为什么要这样放,还有系统为什么会自动识别I/Q的地址?

答:西门子S7-300PLC采用标准的模块化结构,下面以仅包含一个主机架无扩展机架为例说明
电源模块、CPU模块和接口模块(用于扩展机架用)在机架上的槽位是固定的,不可以随便安装,你一定是看错了,CPU一定在所有信号模块的前面,不可能在信号模块(数字量I/O、模拟量I/O)的后面;
在0号机架(主机架)上,1-3号槽位是固定的:1号槽位安装电源模块(也可不用电源模块,空缺);2号槽位为CPU模块;3号槽位为安装接口模块(用于扩展机架,如IM360模块);4-11号共8个槽位可自由分配信号模块(数字量I/O、模拟量I/O)、功能模块(FM)和通信处理器模块(如工业以太网模块CP343-1),没有顺序之分,一般习惯把功能模块和通信处理器模块放在信号模块的后面;但一旦把信号模块插入某个槽位,那么信号模块的地址范围与模块所在的机架和槽位号就有关,一般地址自动默认,你也可以自己修改输入/输出地址;
6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0模块是8个模拟量输入通道,每个通道的分辨率为13位,每2个模拟量通道一组,每个通道可以分别设定为电压、电流、电阻和温度输入;
6ES7 322-5HB00-0AB0模块是分布式智能模块ET200M里的标准模拟量模块,为A0X12bit,为2个模拟量输出通道,每个通道的分辨率为12位。
