RAbstract：ETC(Electronic Throttle valve Control System) Test Bench which is based on Flexible Testing Technology can apply for ETC aging and functional testing in Lab during R&D. The bench can simulate the ETC actual working condition by closed-loop control the ETC motor through PID, acquire and analyze the motor current signal and b/output signal of sensor, judge the limit value and display the results. This bench is flexible and adjustable, 16 ETCs in parallel testing and each one is compeletly independent. The average testing time length is up to 1500 ~ 2000 hours, combined with burn-in test  range from -40 ℃ to 150 ℃. This bench can verify the quality and reliability of ETCs and fits different type of ETCs.
