2.转速
工作转速是指泵(或马达)在工作时的实际转动速度。
额定转速是指在额定压力下,能连续长时间正常运转的最高转速。若泵超过额定转速工作将会造成吸油不足,产生振动和大的噪声,零件会遭受气蚀损伤,寿命降低。
最低稳定转速是指马达正常运转所允许的最低转速。在此转速下,马达不出现爬行现象。
3.排量、流量
排量是指泵(或马达)每转一周,由密封容腔几何尺寸变化而得的排出(或输入)液体的体积,常用单位是ml/r(毫升/转)。排量可以通过调节发生变化的成为变量泵(或变量马达),排量不能变化的成为定量泵(或定量马达)。
实际流量是指泵(或马达)工作时出口处(或进口处)的流量。由于泵本身存在内泄漏,其实际流量小于理论流量。由于马达本身也存在内泄漏,要实现指定转速,为补偿泄漏量,其输入实际流量必须大于理论流量。
4.效率
容积效率,对液压泵是指其实际流量与理论流量的比值。对液压马达是指其理论流量与实际流量的比值。
机械效率,对液压泵是指其理论转矩与实际输入转矩的比值。对液压马达其实际输出的转矩为理论转矩克服摩擦力后的转矩,因此其机械效率为实际输出转矩与理论转矩的比值。
总效率是指泵(或马达)的输出功率与输入功率的比值。总效率等于容积效率与机械效率的乘积。
