一、(LC1)系列交流接触器(以下简称接触器),主要用于交流50Hz或60Hz,交流电压至660V(690V),在AC-3使用类别下工作电压为380V
时,额定工作电流至170A的电路中,供远距离接通和分断电路之用,并可与相应规格的热继电器组合成磁力起动器以保护可能发生过负荷的电
路,接触器适宜于频繁地起动和控制交流电动机。
本接触器和LC1、LC2、LP1、LP2、CJX4-D具有相同功能相应规格可等同相互使用。是CJ0、CJ10等老产品理想的更换代产品。
二、正常工作条件和安装条件
1、周围空气温度为:-5℃~+40℃,24小时内其平均值不超过+35℃;
2、海拔:不超过2000m;
3、大气条件:在+40℃时大气相对温度不超过50%,在较低温度下可以比较高的相对湿度,最湿月的平均最低温度不超过+25℃,该月的月平均
最大相对湿度不超过90%。并考虑因温度变化发生在产品上凝露;
4、污染等级:3级;
5、 安装类别:Ⅲ类;
6、安装条件:安装面与垂直面倾斜度不超过±5°;
7、冲击振动:产品应安装和使用在无显著摇动、冲击和振动的地方。
8、安装方式:接触器除用螺钉安装外,还可用35mm,型标准卡轨安装。交流操作40-95可用35 mm或75mm卡轨安装;
注:直流操作40-95只能用75mm卡轨,115-170有专用卡轨安装。
三、结构特征
1、接触器为防护式,动作结构为直动式,触头为双断点,具有体积小,重量轻、功耗低、寿命长、安全可靠等特点;
2、接触器可组成机械可逆联锁磁力起动器,星三角减压起动器,还可根据用户选用增加辅助触头组、空气延时头等组合多种派生系列产品。

2、接触器线圈电压为交流24V、36V、48V、110V、220V、380V、直流12V、24V、48V、110V、220V;
注:特殊电压规格可以同本公司协商定做。
3、动作特性:交流吸合电压:85-110%Us。释放电压:20-75%Us;直流吸合电压85-110%Us,释放电压:10-75%Us。
六、安装是使用及维护
1、安装前应检查有关的技术数据(如额定电压、电流、操作频率等是否符合要求)。
2、安装时,应该按规定条件安装,接触器线圈的接线端子A1符合应朝上方,符合人的视觉习惯。
3、对有金属安装底板的接触器要妥善接地。
4、接线端螺钉应拧紧,检查接线正确无误后,应在主触头不带电情况下,先使吸引线圈通电分合数次,试验动作可靠后,才能投入使用。
5、使用时如发现有不正常噪音,可能是铁芯极面上有污物,请擦净极面。
6、使用中,应定期检查产品各部件,要求可动部位不卡住,紧固件无松脱,零部件如有损坏,应及时更换。
