编码电缆位移 传感器 特点及应用范围介绍

　　一、编码电缆位移 传感器 特点

　　(1)非接触工作方式：编码电缆位移传感器是通过安装在移动站的天线箱和敷设在移动机车轨道旁的编码电缆进行电磁耦合来传递信息的，无机械性接触磨损;

　　(2)绝对位置检测：由于编码电缆芯线以格雷码方式交叉扭绞排列，保证编码电缆芯线全程无重叠的交叉点，能够在移动机车行走范围内连续地、高精度地检测绝对地址，检测精度达5毫米，完全可以满足移动机车精确定位的需求;

　　(3)抗干扰能力强：由于编码电缆使用了特有的交叉扭绞结构及相位检测技术，能够消除电源开、停过程中产生的电磁干扰，也不受环境噪音和接收信号电平波动的影响，能够在诸如铁矿石场等恶劣环境条件中长期可靠的工作;

　　(4)适用于恶劣的工业环境：安装在室外的编码电缆、天线箱、始端箱、终端箱和段间箱采用非金属材料制作而且采用密封工艺，不怕雨水、灰尘，耐酸、碱腐蚀。

　　二、编码电缆位移传感器广范应用在以下几个方面

　　1.焦炉四车联锁控制系统。

　　2.矿石输送料斗车多点定位控制系统，也可用于皮带转运站，皮带通廊，配煤盘，烧结厂环冷等小车系统的多点定位、自动定位的场合。

　　3.堆取料机集群监控系统，也可用于门式起重机，桥式起重机，卸船机，场桥，天车，吊车等有轨机车的自动走行、自动定位、掉道、防碰撞、集中监视和控制等的场合。

　　4.自动化仓储系统。

　　5.轻轨、地铁机车定位控制系统。
