成型、注入和密封机的原理
在成型,填充,以及密封机器中,位于下部的薄膜通过主驱动器从一个站传到下一个站。
根据所要包装的产品,将该薄膜注塑成适合的容器。薄膜覆盖的模具受到不同的速度级别和适当的加热温度指引,而速度水级别取决于工具的路径。
产品必须注入到容器内,在时钟周期和数量上都要准确。
为防止产品受损和密封产品,覆盖薄膜必须用另外一个线圈拉出:这样,可将加热表面从顶部置于容器上,并通过热效应,对该容器进行密封。
密封好的物件接着被切割成小的单元,然后运走作进一步的包装。
横切切断机为气动式或电动式。其目的是用来控制此过程以便在每个时间单元内通过尽可能多的部件。在加速和制动时,要考虑到薄膜特定的参数。
实现一按键,即有高时钟率和变化的主要要求。
