根据辨识出的数学模型建立APC-Adcon预测控制软件包所需的内部模型,并根据实际工艺特点和要求选取合理的参考轨迹、调节变量约束、被控变量约束、控制结构以得到APC-Adcon预测控制器。首先应用此控制器控制与内部模型相同的仿真对象进行仿真分析和研究;然后应用此控制器控制与内部模型存在一定差异的仿真对象(模型不匹配情形)进行仿真分析和研究,以检验控制系统的抗不确定和干扰能力,接着把所设计的控制系统引入Honeywell DCS集散控制系统进行实时仿真研究和分析6. 先进控制系统软硬件连接
为了使先进控制系统应用于DCS系统,必须提供现有DCS LCN网络和先进控制系统之间的数据通道。原DCS系统已配置PCNM数据服务器,从系统的可扩充性、数据通信效率等方面综合考虑,采用PCNM 通信方式可完全满足先进控制系统的要求。Honeywell PCNM是基于Windows NT的文件与数据服务器,能以设定的周期与LCN网络交换数据。先进控制操作站与PCNM数据服务器之间的通信通过以太网实现。APC-Adcon先进控制软件具有DDE接口,可与DDE服务器直接交换数据。

塔的再沸器蒸汽流量问题的研究;

系统运行。8. 先进控制效果
溶剂脱水塔(简称T-403塔)的先进控制系统的工作主要分2000年的系统设计、调试、运行和2001年的系统维护、调整及运行。
T-403塔的先进控制系统自2000年8月调试完毕后,9月该厂实施人员对控制参数和工艺参数进一步调优,并对每个操作班组进行了培训,使操作人员学会了操作和参数调整。10月操作人员开始自觉投运该系统,,从2000年10月至2000年12月三个月系统基本连续运行。但是由于氧化干燥机每周需要定期作业,所以该系统每周也切停一次。 针对此种情况,我们于2000年11月20日在DCS中编制了一个监督程序来统计累计运行时间和监督程序运行情况,这样使程序更加完善。
2001年上半年,T-403塔由于工艺状况发生较大的改变及仪表调整的原因,先进控制系统暂时停止运行了一段时间。从2001年5月开始到10月,先进控制系统经过了多次调整、投运和再调整的过程。其中实现了塔釜温度和塔釜压力的温压补偿和某些操作经验的专家规则控制。由于塔的压差、温度和液位极不稳定,很难实现常规的塔釜温度和蒸汽流量的串级,操作人员更愿意投运先进控制系统,由先控来克服各种干扰因素的影响。在先进控制系统投运时,初步稳定了塔釜温度,降低了塔釜水含量的波动。图2和图3分别是脱烷烃塔先进控制系统投运前后的控制效果。
PTA生产装置溶剂脱水塔先进控制系统投运以来,取得了显著的经济效益,年创利 46.8 万元,主要由直接经济效益和间接经济效益两部分组成。
一、直接经济效益
在溶剂脱水塔先进控制系统运行下,溶剂脱水塔塔顶醋酸含量在130%满负荷下,由原来的平均值3.1%,降低到2.6%。由物料衡算得到的塔顶采出量在13t/hr,则一年可以减少醋酸损耗为:
13t/hr * 0.5% * 7200hr = 468t
产生经济效益:
468t * 0.1万元/t = 46.8 万元
二、间接经济效益
