为了保证井下安全生产,系统可靠运行,水位信号是水泵自动化一个非常重要的参数,因此,系统设置了两套水位传感器,模拟量和开关量传感器,两套传感器均设于水仓的排水配水仓内,PLC将接受到的模拟量水位信号分成若干个水位段,计算出单位时间内不同水位段水位的上升速率,从而判断矿井的涌水量,同时检测井下供电电流值,计算用电负荷率,根据矿井涌水量和用电负荷,控制在用电低峰和一天中电价最低时开启水泵,用电高峰和电价高时停止水泵运行,以达到避峰填谷及节能的目的。
