但这类钢在45℃以上温度下长期使用时,会产生回火脆性,使钢的韧性明显下降,给加氢反应的安全运行造成隐患。近期的大量研究证明,上列铬钼钢的回火脆性主要起因于钢中P、Sn、Sb和As等微量杂质。合金元素Si和Mn也对钢的回火脆性起一定的促进作用。因此必须通过现代的冶金技术,把钢中的这些杂质降低到的水平。目前,许多国外钢厂已提出严格控制钢中杂质含量的供货技术条件。现代炼钢技术能够达到了杂质含量的上限,可大大降低2.25CrlMo和3CrlMo钢的回火脆性性,其回火脆性指数J低于1,而普通的2.25Cr-lMo钢的J指数高达3。
