为了降低电机噪声或提高输出频率,可相对于出厂设定值(1.25 kHz 或 2 kHz)来提高脉冲频率。如果脉冲频率增加,则必须考虑输出电流的降容系数。必须将此降额系数应用于技术数据中规定的电流。

例如,SINAMICS G130 调速柜具有用于克服起步转矩的过载容量。如果存在更大的峰值负载,那么必须在组态时考虑这种情况。因此,在具有过载要求的驱动器中,必须将合适的基本负载电流用作所需负荷的基础。
过载的标准是:在过载发生前后,变频调速器以基准负载电流工作,负载的周期为 300s。
基于负载电流低负荷 IL,允许 110 % 的过载 60 s 或 150 % 用于 10 s。
基于负载电流高负荷 IH,允许 150 % 的过载 60 s 或 160 % 用于 10 s。
