可以用于测量红外线激活成分的高选择性测量,如测量 CO, CO2, NO, SO2, NH3, H2O, CH4 和其它碳氢化合物。ULTRAMAT 6 是一款 19 英寸形式的高端分析仪,外壳十分坚固,适合在恶劣环境中使用。通常,其应用领域包括过程领域中使用的所有类型的排放测量。这些分析仪可用于控制生产过程和保证产品质量,即使存在高腐蚀性的气体时也如此。

用于在复杂应用中根据顺磁性原理测量氧气浓度。OXYMAT 6 可按照顺磁交变压力原理来测量氧气。这种测量可保证绝对线性度,并能在一个装置中使用 0-0.5% 的超低量程(检测限为 50 vpm)、最多可达0-100% 甚至 99.5-100% 。
气路中所采用的材料允许分析仪测量腐蚀性混合气体。检测器单元不与样气接触,从而可在恶劣环境中使用,同时保证较长使用寿命。
用于在标准应用中根据顺磁性原理测量氧气浓度。环境空气可用作 OXYMAT 61 的参比气体。空气是由集成在分析仪外壳内的一个泵提供的。

TULTRAMAT 6 型单通道或双通道红外气体分析仪,采用交变 NDIR 双光束测量原理,具有高度的选择性,测量那些红外吸收波段在 2~9 µm 范围内的气体,例如:CO,CO2, NO, SO2, NH3, H2O as well as CH4 以及其它碳氢化合物。

Special applications
Besides the standard combinations, special applications concerning material in the gas path, material in the sample chambers (e.g. Titan, Hasbloy C22) and measured components are also available on request
Perbance-tested version / QAL
For measurements of CO, NO, SO2 and O2 according to sections 13 and 27 of the German Federal Immission Protection Regulations and TA Luft, perbance-tested versions according to EN 15267 are available.
Certified measuring range:
In addition, perbance-tested versions of the ULTRAMAT 6 meet the requirements set forth in EN 14956 and QAL1 according to EN 14181. Conbity of the analyzers with both standards is TÜV-certified.
Determination of the analyzer drift according to EN 14181 (QAL3) can be carried out manually or also with a PC using the SIPROM GA maintenance and servicing software. In addition, selected manufacturers of emission buation computers offer the possibility for downloading the drift data via the analyzer's serial interface and to automatically record and process it in the buation computer.
