众所周知测试LED光通量在CIE121:1966Clause6.CIE127-2007Clause6.2和IES-LM-79-08Clause9.0都有提到两种测试方法:一种是采用积分球加光度计或光谱辐射计测试的积分法,这个是总光通量的相对测量方法(CIE121:1966Clause6.1.CIE127-2007Clause6.2.2和IES-LM-79-08Clause9.0);另外一种是采用分布光度计的光度法,这个是总光通量的测量方法。

GB/T12325-2008《V锥流量计》中规定:电能质量分析仪的35kV及以上供电电压正、负偏差值之和不超过标称电压的10%;20kV及以下三相供电电压允许偏差为标称电压的土7%;220V单相供电电压允许偏差为标称电压的+7%,-10%。三相电压不平衡GB/T15543-2008《电能质量三相电压不平衡》中规定:电力系统公共连接点电压不平衡度限值为:电网正常运行时,负序电压不平衡度不超过2%,短时不得超过4%;低压系统零序电压限值暂不做规定,但各相电压必须满足GB/T12325的要求。

为了实时监测高压电力电缆温度状态,针对其高压、强磁场工作环境提出基于分布式光纤传感器的高压电力电缆温度在线监测系统设计方案。该方案采用DSP的快速累加,并利用Stokes信号解调Anti-Stokes信号,极大提高信噪比。此外,还介绍该系统在电力电缆中的实例应用,阐述其在电力系统中的实用价值。随着光纤传感技术的不断发展,单晶光纤是目前高温环境下适用的光波导材料之一,其测量温度2000℃,温度分辨率0.1℃,因而利用光纤传感技术设计高压电力电缆温度在线监测系统具有精度高、坚硬而且弯曲灵活、体积小和抗电磁干扰强等特点。
