其具体实施过程为:模具上做均恒的加温道,当注塑机合模后(特殊情况下可开模即进行加热)吹入高温高压热水,首先把模具温度提高到一个加热设定值,然后开始给模腔注射塑胶,在注塑机完成射胶/保压转入冷却后,开始注入冷水,模具温度很快下降到一个冷却设定值后开模,完成整个注塑过程,等待下个注射周期。
