说明:T227是以锡磷青铜焊芯,药皮为低氢型铜合金焊条.有一定的强度，良好的塑性、耐冲击性、耐磨性及耐蚀性能。其特点是焊接工艺性能良好，通用性大。采用直流电源,焊条接正极。
用途：除适用于焊接紫铜、黄铜、磷青铜等同种及异种金属外,还可广泛用于堆焊磷青铜轴衬、船舶推进器叶片等，也可用于铸铁的焊补及堆焊.
材质（熔敷金属化学成分）：Si 2.5-4.0 Mn﹤1.5 Sn﹤7.9~9.0 Cu余量其他P≤0.3 Pb≤0.02b

注意事项:1.焊前焊条须在200度左右烘焙1小时.焊件表面的水、油污等必须清楚干净。
2.焊前预热温度，磷青铜为150~250度，紫铜预热为450度,碳钢200度。
3.焊后用平头锤锤击焊缝，消除应力。
