双组机械式多头数控皮革冲孔机，实用于皮革类材质上的冲孔加工；该技术领域的现有技术情况有四种：

1，根据冲孔图制造模具，再放在冲床上加工，这种方法生产周期长，模具制造成本高；

2，使用激光切割机烧孔，加工后的皮革表面会被烧焦发黑，影响产品的质量和美观；

3，使用气缸冲孔，该加工方法噪音大，气缸使用寿命短，增加了使用成本；

4，单组机械式冲孔机构，该冲孔方式虽然在加工效率上、质量上以及噪音上比以往的设备有所改变，但率上没有双组机械式皮革冲孔机构高。双组机械式多头数控皮革冲孔机构的加工速度是单组机械式皮革冲孔机加工速度的两倍，但设备的制造成本却与单组机械式皮革冲孔机的制造成本差不多，用同样的成本设计出的设备在生产效率上却提高了两倍。实现双组机械式多头皮革冲孔加工效果。
