INCOFLUXR SAS2 带极埋弧焊剂
INCOFLUX SAS2 带极埋弧焊剂设计与INCONEL 52／52M带状焊接电极匹配使用。这种焊剂与这两种合金电极匹配，可以用于碳钢的表面堆焊。这种中性的烧结焊剂使第二层堆焊金属的化学成分与电极的化学成分非常近似。尽管没有电磁操控作用，但熔融焊剂平滑致密的纹理和良好的润湿性仍可以保证堆焊层的平整。

储藏和干燥条件
焊剂密封在未开启的容器中可以无限期保存。如果焊剂暴露于潮湿环境中，可以在500oF保温烘干2小时或600oF保温烘干1小时后使用。未熔化的焊剂若要回收利用，应当与新的焊剂按1／1的比例混合后再使用。

The design of INCOFLUX SAS2 belt is designed with the INCONEL 552/52M ribbon welding electrode. The flux is matched with these two alloy electrodes and can be used for surfacing of carbon steel. This neutral sintering flux makes the chemical comb of the second layer surfacing bl approximate to the chemical comb of the electrode. Although there is no electromagnetic manipulation, the smooth and dense texture of melt flux and good wettability can guarantee the bation of the surfacing layer.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefiniby in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF. If the unmelted flux is to be recycled, it should be mixed with the new flux at 1/1.
