工频运行中由于技术水平的限制,只能采用控制阀门或挡板开度的方法来改变流量、压力等,即用人为增减阻力的办法来实现调节,当工作面需要注小流量时,大量能量损失在阀门上;而通常情况下,由于乳化泵的选型是按照最不利条件下、最大时流量及相应压力设计的,而在实际运动中,由于工作面条件的变化,乳化泵多为低负荷工作,以前靠泵出口阀门开度的大小来调节乳化液流量与压力,其能量耗损很大,而且对机械(如乳化泵、阀门)冲击较大,增加机械的损耗。主要总结为以下5点:
电动机采用真空电磁起动器直接启动方式,启动产生的振动和磨擦对泵体和阀门部件的损害极大。
直接启动方式,启动电流为电动机额定电流4~7倍,对电网造成较大的冲击。
当工作面不需要高压液体时,电动机仍然以额定转速运转,泵站长期高负荷运行浪费了大量的电能。
电动机和泵体一直处于全速运行状态加快了机械磨损,卸载阀频繁开启和关断直接造成寿命较短,增加维修频次和成本的投入。
乳化液泵站不能根据液压系统的实际需求量自动调整泵站的供液量,系统长期处于高压大流量工作状态,在工作面设备不需要高压液体时,多余的液体只能通过卸载阀回流到乳化液箱,系统运转磨擦产生的热量使泵体温度升高系统内密封件老化较快造成串液和漏液。
