VICKERS威格士液压马达25VQ17A-1A22R双联变量叶片泵
手动盘车、调试转动轻松为宜,安装联轴器。将电机吊放在化工泵体上面,检查两个联轴器之间的间距,一般为3~5mm,检查电机与水泵的同轴度,拧紧电机与泵体的连接螺栓。检查设备所有连接螺丝紧固情况。然后接入电机电源线。试车前检查:拆卸工业水泵进口滤网端盖板,取出滤网清洗后恢复安装。打开进出口阀门,排出泵体内空气,检查水泵各级有无漏水,如有调节泵体固定螺栓。检查电机线头绝缘及电线柱是否损坏,检查电控箱内电气元件的配制,对直接启动和降压启动的交流接触器触点检查是否完好;检查热继电器的整定值是否与电机运行电流相等,紧固所有接线头以及测试接地是否可靠。
一般说来,离子交换法初次投资较大,操作管理水平要求较高,但处理效果稳定,由于能回用金属和水,是当前电镀废水实现闭路循环的主要治理方法之一。存在的主要问题是再生废液会有钠、铁、氯根等杂质离子不能直接回用于镀槽中,排入环境会造成污染。膜分离法利用半透膜或离子交换膜等膜材料,在外加推动力下,使废水中的溶解物和水分离浓缩,以净化废水。在膜分离法中,反渗透法用于含镍、含镉废水的浓缩处理已应用于生产。隔膜电解法用于再生镀铬废液。
去处堵塞物,重新调整阀门开度。稳压。更换叶轮。功率过大。可能产生的原因:超过额定流量使用。吸程过高。更换轴承。相应的排除方法:调整流量,关小出口阀门。降低安装面。更换轴承。杂音振动。可能产生的原因:管路支撑不稳。液体混有气体。产生气蚀。轴承损坏。电机超载发热运行。相应的排除方法:稳固管路。提高吸入压力,排气。降低真空度。调整按5。总结综上所述可见四个钢号有着较大的差别。根据使用要求必须选择相适应的标准,即对条钢适用GB699,一般钢管适用GB8163,输送流体用一般无缝钢管适用GB8163,低中压锅炉用无缝钢管适用GB387,高压锅炉钢管适用GB531,锅炉受压元件钢板适用GB713,压力容器及其附件适用GB6654。决不能用GB387的钢管,更不能用GB8163的钢管来替代GB531的钢管。而更为重要的是在设计及订货时就要作出准确的选择。
