但排风温度也不可过低,低于75℃时因粉料太湿,影响正常干燥。出塔热风(废气)的循环利用:陶瓷泥浆经喷雾干燥制粉后,出塔热风若被直接排入大气,这部分热量损失将十分可观(约为制粉工序能耗的1%~2%)。所以应该将此部分余热充分地利用起来,如可将出塔热风循环利用到预热干燥工序。出塔热风除了直接循环利用外,还可以利用热交换器对这部分余热储存,或交换后再利用。喷雾干燥塔自身因素挑选合适的规格:陶瓷行业大部分厂家采用6型喷雾干燥塔,有些陶瓷厂采用8型和1型,大的有12型,喷嘴多达54个。
